I wasn’t planning on doing a Park City Guide because I’ve only been twice now, but we did go to a ton of amazing restaurants so wanted to share! I had some people ask on Instagram about the amazing bread I had while I was there… First off, after a few glasses of wine any and all carbs taste phenomenal lol. Second, it actually was some of the best Italian bread I’ve ever eaten. After all that skiing you burn enough calories to indulge a little, right?!<\/p>\n

We stayed at the Montage Deer Valley which felt like we were nestled up in the mountains in a castle. That being said…definitely my top choice for places to stay! Plus, the Veuve Clicquot tent is at the base of the resort so total “apr\u00e8s ski” vibes!!<\/p>\n

Montage Deer Valley<\/a><\/h4>\n

Absolutely gorgeous! The rooms feel a little “older” with the decor, but the views are breathtaking. Plus, it’s pretty quiet up in Deer Valley which I prefer. They have an amazing fire pit area too where we spent every afternoon drinking “ranchwaters” and making new friends. It was so pretty sitting out by the fire and watching the sunset every day.<\/p>\n

Waldorf Astoria<\/a><\/h4>\n

We had dinner here the first night which was to die for… Also, the decor was SO up my alley! Probably the hotel I would’ve chosen if I booked the trip.<\/p>\n

St. Regis<\/a><\/h4>\n

Might be the best patio vibe on the mountain! We skied over for lunch one day which then turned into fireball shots sitting out on the patio overlooking the gorgeous views. Might have stayed there all afternoon if I didn’t have to ski back down the mountain.<\/p>\n

The Lodge at Blue Sky<\/a><\/h4>\n

Just discovered this place and now I want to go back ASAP!!!<\/p>\n

Powder<\/a> @ Waldorf Astoria<\/h4>\n

Definitely felt like a younger crowd possibly because it was actually in Park City, but the beef short rib was absolutely mouthwatering.<\/p>\n

Handle<\/a><\/h4>\n

We really wanted to eat here, but it was super busy! Ended up getting drinks and an incredible appetizer before dinner at Riverhorse.<\/p>\n

Riverhorse<\/a><\/h4>\n

Probably the number one recommended restaurant and it didn’t disappoint! I don’t typically order fish, but I have to say you should 100% order it!<\/p>\n

Cafe Terigo<\/a><\/h4>\n

The BREAD place… Once again, I was a little drunk but the fact that I am still thinking about how good it was definitely says something! I also got the bolognese pappardelle which was incredible.<\/p>\n

Lunch @ St. Regis Terrace<\/a><\/h4>\n

We specifically ate at RIME which is the main restaurant connected to the terrace. This is where I had the truffle pizza… It’s a MUST.<\/p>\n

Stein Erickson<\/a> Brunch<\/h4>\n

Apparently this is “the thing to do” for brunch in Park City, but we weren’t that impressed… I will say if we had made a reservation for the igloo huts outside so we could’ve seen the view better it might have been worth it. So, my advice is make a reservation!<\/p>\n

The Viking Yurt<\/a><\/h4>\n

Just found out about this place and now I’m so mad I didn’t do research before the trip! It’s a private dinner in a yurt with a carriage ride…so fun!<\/p>\n

Even if you aren’t a big skier then I would still highly recommend a winter trip to Park City<\/a>! I absolutely loved walking around on Main Street which has such cute ski town vibes. If you are a whiskey drinker then you have to go to the High West Distillery (when it’s back open) or at least their tasting room.<\/p>\n
